Dont be fooled about "express shipping"I placed my order 7 days before I needed it and paid for express shipping. I told them at the time of my order I needed it on the 13th for my 30th wedding anniversary. I paid for express. The very next day I got email it had shipped (my 1st impression was wow), however when I looked they had only created the label. It did not actually ship GROUND until 2 days later. . They also invited me to get 10% off on my 1st order after I placed my first order. They gave no credit for the failed arrival or the 10%. Customer service was useless.
